South Goa is one of the tow districts in Goa, India. Though not as popular as the destinations in North Goa district it is the gateway to Goa by air, sea, road
and rail. It has Goa's only airport at Dabolim.
Mormugao port (Vasco Da Gama) links other destinations in Goa by sea. The railway station at Margao is an important link in the Konkan railway.
South Goa has its share of wildlife, ancient monuments, churches, temples and of course, beautiful beaches that make up this region. (Photo - premshree)
